claude-setup
PrivateMy own Claude Code configuration: the system prompt, 22 rules, 28 skills, 12 hooks and 6 custom agents. Its sync tool keeps every machine I use on the same setup, Linux and Windows.
Six years in professional software QA, and more than twenty years writing code, mostly self-taught. I started out writing game mods and plugins; one of them, StackSizeController, has been running on Rust game servers since 2017. Now I build developer tools for Claude Code under Core Directive. Since 2025 AI agents write the code. I plan the work, write down what I want, then test and review what comes back, which is where the QA years pay off.
What I'm working on in 2026, most of it under Core Directive.

A desktop client for Windows and Linux that runs coding agents on your own machine or on a server over SSH. Server sessions keep running when it closes.

A hosted issue store, invite only while it's in development. Agents work through MCP and the HTTP API, people write the intent, and GitHub stays in step one field at a time.

Each build is pulled off npm within minutes and diffed against the one before it at the syntax-tree level. Agents can query all of it over MCP.
The changelog in your terminal, two kinds of handoff across compaction, quota measurement and a ticket workflow for agents.

Foundry VTT automation tooling for D&D 5e.
A structural diff that matches functions even in minified JavaScript. I directed the speed work on my fork, which made it considerably faster: each syntax node hashed once, early exits, parallel diffing.
A word processor for writing Discord prose, built with DigitalCommodore. I drove the .NET rewrite, 30 merged pull requests.
Designed the triage and response system that handles the bot's AI responses.
A Discord bot I build with my friend DigitalCommodore. It began as ZeyjaBot in 2021 and has since been rebuilt from scratch.
Minecraft plugins from 2011, Rust plugins from 2015, RimWorld mods in 2017, and CodeForge, which my own setup has since replaced.
Changes item stack sizes on Rust servers: every item at once, one category, or a single item. It writes every item into its config on first load, so new items from game updates need no manual setup.
One of the first stack size plugins ever made for Rust. Servers have run it since 2017, and they still do.
One of my first mods. Break the bottom block of a tree and the whole tree falls, with several modes to choose from.
12 plugins, 17 agents and 22 skills, set up by npx @coredirective/cf-container. Started in August 2025 as ClaudePod. My private claude-setup replaced it as my tooling grew.
